Meditation to beam and create your future
Saturday, November 2nd:

An embodied experience of the feminine through Kundalini Yoga.
Includes light body movement, breathwork and dance.
Class ends with a powerful healing meditation.
No Kundalini Yoga or other yoga experience needed.
This class is for everyone – regardless of fitness or experience level.
